reverse order landscape scroll issue

If you turn on reverse order and you switch from portrait to landscape or vice versa you end up scrolled up in the shouts not at the last/latest shout.

added in a method to scroll back to the bottom if order is reversed, if a rotation is triggered, can only guarantee it will work on iOS.
