Getting a bunch of these overnight. IPS 4.2.1.

Also, can not edit or add any new keywords from the menu.

are there any other related errors? this one isn't very informative. are there any errors related to when you try to edit/save one?

They pretty much seem to all look the same. Would the back trace from one help?

Odd because the same thing happens on a second site (both on default theme, both on 4.2.1). I have tried re-installing but that does not seem to help.

If I go to "Add a new Keyword" I get:

Sorry, there is a problem

Error code: EX0

This error was probably caused by application Keyword Tooltips.
If the issue persists, disable it and contact the author for further assistance.

yes the backtrace helps a bit, it points me to a file instead of a template (which are hard to debug unless you have debug_templates on and then its a guessing game sometimes )
