Support system

I recently updated. I updated thru the market place and didnt realize this site existed so i apologize, I hope they are the same file. I am not sure if i have  setting wrong, but on my "Support" tab, i just have a box that says "There's nothing here yet".  I have the AdminCP settings to show the Support, and show for everyone.

 

Changed Status from Pending to Closed

Changed Status from Closed to Work in Progress

sorry i was ill for most of last month and in the hospital half of this month. 

Changed Status from Work in Progress to No Response

on my issue i found the cause, I didnt realize the setting for that was in groups permissions. Thank you again and im glad your out of the hospital.
