Create New file

In my question about files, you told me to click "Create" button on Polliwog->tools->files but I've no button in this module:

here is the latest version of it, you will need to download it or clone it with git. I will more than likely EOL'ing this app in the near future, as a lot of the features it has i will be rolling into Downloads Plus. so feel free to fork it, and if any one who wants to take it over, i will be more than willing to transfer it to them.
