Smooth Scroller Locks Topic Pages using the ipad

Hello Michael,

It was brought to my attention that Topic pages were freezing up while reading posts using the ipad (for me I confirmed this while using chrome).  I identified it was the smooth scroller option of cj menu.  The issue is currently resolved for now as smooth scroller is turned off.  

i will be removing this feature in CJ Menu 5. i would recommend if you want a back 2 top button, either go with my smoothscroller plugin:

or one from the marketplace that does similar. some skins even have them built into them, you just have to enable them in theme settings.
