Theme Error

I LOVE this tool! But I'm getting an error that I can't figure out. Hoping you can help me. [[Template formularize/front/submissions/rows is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]]

Please let me know if there's something I can do. I've ran the support tool and see no issues but I'm sure I'm missing something. 

Would also love a way to export the results to a spreadsheet for further analyzing.

Changed Status from Pending to Work in Progress

could you check your system log in the acp to see if there is any errors that are related to the above error? it should give more information so i know what is going on. another thing you can do is send me via PM here, an export of the form and i can try to duplicate the error here (so i am using the fields you are, to see if one of their outputs is producing the error).
