Duplicate Mesages

Internet Explorer and Edge show multiple copies of each message sent.  See Screenshot 1 and 2 for examples.  Opera, Chrome and Firefox show just one message as expected, see Screenshot 3.  I tested this scenario out on IPB v4.2.3 and 4.2.4 Beta with the same results.

weird, i was only able to duplicate this if i logged in as the same user on both browsers. if i was a guest or a different user, i would only receive the one. but i've gone ahead and put a check in the code, if the message being sent already exists, don't display it.
