2.6.7 Broke Chat

Had to revert back to 2.6.6.  Update broke chat room.  Region selection disappeared from CP as well.  No connections could be made.

2.7.1 made same problem on my dev server.  License/Region disappear from CP.  I can't test chat on the Dev server, so not sure whether it worked or not.

seems there is a problem in the build script for babble,  it's adding/removing the files right, but it didn't "flip" the switch to tell the code that its the service, I'll add that to my "check" list, as i usually only check to see if the files have been added/removed. i'll get a new version released here shortly to correct the problem.

Changed Status from Work in Progress to Closed

2.6.8/2.7.2 fixes the issue with the location not being able to be selected
