Blank Page When Saving Menu

Hi Again,

Sorry, but I am having a nightmare with your software right now.

I had to totally uninstall the Menu Manager and start again.

I have however found a few bugs:

1. When creating or saving a menu item there is an error which means you are presented with a white page of death
   You have a line echo "<pre>"; in Menu line 1031 which is preventing the page to refresh.
2. Any menu items which have a 'required' are currently being ignored. This means I can save a menu without the title. I am not getting any Javascript issues.
