[Suggestion] Merge accounts

Add option to merge accounts.

Members will split activity into separate dupe accounts, so this brings them together into the main account.  If you could do it from the ModeratorCP > Duplicate Member Logger, that's much easier than trying to go into the ACP member profile and merging.  

Changed Status from Pending to Closed

I wanted to bump this suggestion.  This would save a lot of time, since there are only two primary actions if a duplicate member is logged:

• Merge
• Delete
