2.8.2 Breaks me

where are you seeing this? have you uploaded custom sound files by chance?

Yes, I did.  It looked like there were no audio files, so I uploaded the standard audio mp3's you use.

I deleted them off my dev server and it fixed the issue....

... Oh, error was at load... Babble never came up, just the error.

I just updated to 2.8.2 and 

I'll upload 2.8.3 as soon as i can, right now i'm without power and my computer (got hit by a string of severe thunderstorms, that brought their friends tornadoes )
