Menu's out of line

Installed your menu on my test server and created a few menu's, however there seems to be an issue with the alignment of the mega and traditional containers.

How can I change this to align the menu's centrally .

it is in the JS, it is measuring the wrong element to determine where to place the menu when it is opened. I'll work on it, and will release an update when it is ready.
