beta 57 commands broke again

/ban /kick and /ignore say that the member can't be banned and so on. But these work from the online list. 

Thought you had fixed this problem couple betas ago though.

I did, they appear to be working for me (either thru the online list or using the commands). make sure the person you aren't trying to kick/ban/ignore aren't in the moderator section of staff in the acp and the group setting "can be ignored" is turned on. 

cause it checks to see if they are a bot, if they are it wont let you ban/kick/mute/ignore, if they are a moderator the same thing, and finally if the group doesn't have "can be ignored" disabled, you wont be able to ignore or mute them.

mmm yes they appear to have a secondary group. But there is still a problem, while I couldn't ban with /ban I was able to ban the member from the online list and they can't visit babble now even though they are in a group that had mod permissions.

yeah i caught that when i was going over the code, its been redone and fixed.
