[Suggestion] Image or cover image on hovercard /

Ability to upload an image to the tooltip info page, that will be displayed as a cover banner on the tooltip hovercard.

I may privately commission this because I wonder if it's unique to my own community (although I think it's worthy enough for general release).

Yeah, something akin to the profile hovercard with a banner photo and / or profile photo.
