[2.2.1] BB Color Code Replicates When Restrict Color Codes Enabled

When Restrict Colors is enabled (to only allow colors that is set in ACP), the bbc color code shows up 2 or 3 times. So it's like 

[color=#000000][color=#000000][/color][/color]

this seems like an error with the JS, "restrict colors" works on the php side, so it wouldn't cause the the inserting of the color bbc to do this. I haven't been able to reproduce it, but i'll put a stop on the element and remove it once the JS plugin is done, so it should prevent this.
