Cryptic staff moderator permission setting

If I go to ACP -> Members -> Staff -> Moderators -> Edit

there is a cryptic tab called "modperms_core_Content_babble_Messages_Message" which has only 1 option for "can_delete_babble"

I think this is not correct.

1) You can't translate the tab anywhere

2) It doesn't look clean

the messages in babble are "items" so the report system works, as the report system isn't independent of the items class. this will show up, if you have your content managed by app. i will see if i can hide.
