No Setting to Create Rooms for Additional Admins?

I'm trying to grant an admin member group to access Babble so they can create Rooms.

I see all of the settings except Room?

seems if you move a controller from one module to another module, its acp perm gets removed. I've added it back in for 2.2.0 (which should be released some time this week)
