If there isn't already a way, I'd like to suggest having an option to disable commands, either by member group or globally.

there are moderator commands and public commands (public commands have no restrictions on them).the moderator commands are located in the moderator section of the ACP for groups that are added as moderators. if you meant the public commands, there are currently no way to restrict which groups have access to them, as most of them effect the user only or are for formatting.
