i'd advise disabling the notification bot for now, it would appear you port 4000 woes might be causing the problem.

it should also be failing gracefully and not causing double posting either, i'll check the exceptions, make sure they are being caught properly.

Thanks - we will be changing ports later on. I'll try disabling notification bot.

one way to get around the port issue, like if you don't want to use a port, you can always do a proxy in apache/nginx. nginx reverse proxy are a lot nicer and easier to work with than apache's. it is just an idea

you'd still be using a port, but it would all be handled locally.

OK - I've handled that documentation to my tech man.  

We have some issues with the chat. The most difficult one is that we can't see who's in the chat. When someone enters it takes 5 minutes before we can see them there, and the online-list is kind of random. We will work with this setup first to get it properly done and get back to you

Just two "off-Topic suggestion": I was not aware that you had a nice tutorial-section here so that should have been in the helpfile for the app - or in the description for the app

 The readme file provided with the software could be improved, because on a windows PC (notepad), it is just a a chunk of text without any linebreaks (I know how to fix - just a mention and the first look is not good)
