Something for you to investigate.
When I write my forum post, I include special characters in my normal text (such as "a&f" or "A&F").
After I publish the post, I think keyword tooltips eliminates those words. (If you notice, it only captures "abercrombie" even though "a&f" and "A & F" are both on my keyword list)
