Theme Slider appearing on videos page

if this is a widget,  widgets are added based on controller, i would go to media and open up the widget manager and see if it is showing up  as being added in the header widget area for the media controller.

if this is a template hook or a template alterations, you will need to ask the person who made it as i really wouldn't know why it would it shows on my app as its not included in my app.
