time bot should be able to trigger on exact time

I can configure it to send every 100 minutes a bot message, but I can't configure it to display at midnight or exactly at 4pm tea time ;) 

This would be a great plus.

this is cause it used to be called "timer bot" but got shortened in one of the early alphas to "time bot". I do have plans on adding in an "alarm bot" which should accomplish what you are wanting here, but again that is version 3  or so.
