New Messages Do Not Auto Scroll From the Bottom in Mobile

any particular device/browser? i can test on a iOS, but the only android device i have is a amazon fire tablet

The reports are coming from Androids and iOS, and Chrome and Safari browsers.

This issue may affect Windows' devices and other browsers too, but I have not received reports yet.

Yes. I have my users complaining about the same issue

i can duplicate this on my android phone, but not on my ipad mini in chrome or safari, i unfortunately do not have a smaller iOS device to test it on. i'm thinking it might be size related, not mobile specific, gonna test that out. 

yep as i thought, its a responsive issue...now how to fix it  gotta be an overflow some where.

alright figured out what was going on. the part of the element i was observing to determine height on the responsive collapses to 0, so i moved it to the part the doesn't collapse. something in one of these last few updates must've changed to cause this, as it use to work

its a javascript change, and there isn't an easy way to update JS on 4. they store it in the DB ugh. there are a few other things i need to fix up before i can release it, and then port the changes to the service version...

Great! I downloaded it from IPS and on my tests the auto scroll is working!

I'll wait for the other members and post back if I run into any problems.

Great to see. Did you also fix the trial version? I torally forgot abt the versioning so I tested 2.2.5 og the trial settings, but that did not work  anyway we could wait..

not yet, as i found an issue i'm fixing that only seems to exist in the trial version atm.
